We want you to enjoy your ceramics as much as we enjoyed creating them. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns.
Shipping information
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship across the UK using tracked services (Royal Mail, DPD, or similar).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Delivery Times
2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
We don’t currently ship outside the UK, please get in touch if you would like an item shipped internationally and we can discuss if shipping is possible.
Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Packaging
We take extra care to package our ceramics securely using eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Returns & exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind:
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Items Excluded from Returns
Custom-made or personalised pieces.
Items bought in a sale or marked “non-returnable” at checkout.
How to Return
Email us at prospectpotterytitchfield@gmail.com with your reason for return.
We will confirm the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your ceramics arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
